I normally don’t ask for prayers for myself but I am now. My depression has been through the roof last 3 weeks and no matter what I do it won’t disapate. I certainly could use all your help.

I’m an alpha military male who thought I could use prayers, then used alcohol to help, no way! Look for the Lord in physical form, classes, instruction, not social media! Highly recommend Imagine Dragons, Taylor Swift Era’s Tour, if you have Spotify a play list line 70’s and 80’s Songs Everyone Knows, or one of the Good Morning Vibes ones. Really, anything you love.
