More than 7 months ago, I left my former employer with a reason to increase my value. Got 2 employments thereafter, and in a span of 4 months, my salary is up by ~35% vs 6 months ago. Andaming nangyari last year until now, and I am still hoping for bigger role = bigger value this 2025.🤞🏼😅
