Find your maintenance using a calorie calculator online and add 200 calories on top. Make sure you’re hitting these daily and your weight will increase. Initial weight gain will be water weight but over a couple weeks fat will start gaining. So put that food to good use and hit some weights as well to start growing muscle 💪
