The math doesn't even math. According to this nonsense, if everyone was talented and driven we would have a nation completely comprised of millions of billionaires. You just need to think about this for like a split second before it falls apart and just presents more questions.

So when you ask why that's impossible, the answer has to be that the whole population just CAN'T be talented or driven enough. Then you have to ask "Well why not?" And here is where the facade will start to crack and they'll have to start explaining that only certain sorts of people CAN be talented or driven enough. And surprise! Those people will likely be exactly who you think they are.
