Anyone who's ever filled out an SF-86 (form for security clearance) knows you must declare all your foreign contacts you've had "close and continuing" contact with for the last 7 years. No way in hell Elon would pass given the nature of his foreign deals (China, Russia, Saudi Arabia) & financial dependencies violate this (and his drug use). His illegal data & SCIF breaches violate the Espionage Act, HIPAA, and many federal statutes. Systemic crimes at the highest levels. HE HAS NO CLEARANCE!
