Middle School Story Time: I had a 7th grader ask me today about “being a boy when you’re born a girl.” We have a student in our school who has female reproductive organs, but prefers he/him pronouns. I’m glad my 7th grader felt comfortable asking me. She told me the information I gave her was helpful and that she understands better now. It’s so easy for kids to understand others. I wish more adults could do that.
