Matcha to power this morning's lecture.
I realised that I haven't been using Biwa no Shiro all that much so decided to explore it a bit more today - 6g powder. 150 ml milk and 10g brown sugar syrup. While I do like the flavour well enough, I find that this powder is not as smooth as I prefer. I still can't decide which of kanbayashi_shunsho is my favourite blend. Can't wait to try Zuiho soon!
