I stopped playing fireworks 2 years ago. It's a noise pollution to wildlife, pets, toddlers and old people.

I totally respect cultural traditions, but consideration for others is just as important. Many people have babies or young children at home, and they still have to work the next day. Setting off fireworks and firecrackers past 11 PM creates a lot of noise, and it keeps waking up my baby—just imagine how frightening that must be for them. I really hope people can be more thoughtful about this. 🥹Respecting culture shouldn’t come at the expense of respecting our neighbors and their well-being.
