Getting back to doing weights and exercises this year! 💪
One new thing I'll need to learn is proper meal prepping and knowing what/how much to eat. That's gonna be the toughest I think!!
But for today I'm having homemade coleslaw, pasta salad with chickpeas and chicken and other veg and also a salad on the side (tomato, cucumber, beetroot and carrot)
