I’ve just realized that I’m at a point in my mental health journey where I no longer stop to question whether I’m having a manic episode or just feeling happy. The constant drain of wondering, ‘Am I manic or just having a good day?’ has faded. It feels really good to just breathe, keep moving forward, and enjoy my day without the need to overanalyze or panic. Like bro I can breathe and actually enjoy my day 😩😭
