Not trying to yuck anyone else’s yum here. Some days, though, it feels like I am in the minority. I love Vietnamese food, but can’t get excited about pho or banh mi. Bo kho, banh xeo, bun cha, love these all to bits. I’ve tried pho, a lot (I’m the add-every-herb-on-the-table type), in four different countries including Vietnam, it’s just not bo kho or duck noodle soup.
