I heard it at 2am, and when it's at 3am, it was really loud. My baby keeps on waking up and I'm so mad bcs why they lit up the fireworks very late at night and disturbing people? I'm fine with people celebrating, until 1215am is understandable although it's still considered late. But 3am? Omg. Let my baby sleep please.
