Impossible! One of those things that "you gotta see it to believe it" or in anxieties case "you gotta feel it to believe it" words don't do it justice!

Being terrified of something inside your own mind. And because it's in your mind, you can't run away from it. You may also have real, tangible triggers for your anxiety like fear of the dark, scary noises, getting sick, being stranded, etc., but even without those triggers being present, you end up fearing that your anxiety will flare up, and you end up fearing fear itself because of what it does to you - heart palpitations, hyperventilation, tummy issues, passing out etc. Anxiety is mean.
