In eu you can do a lot of short trips like over a weekend without having to take work days off . Just afew hours flight away. And flights could be less than €50 return

An xray done privately in a clinic is 100€ and not 1500$. We eat out during the weekend only

I think it's bc distances in Europ are much shorter. I'll fly about 2h and can reach 60% of the Continent. It's all Just really Close to each other. Therefore it's cheaper. But its really expensive to travel far eg. Caribian America in total or Asia. Middle east is managable.
