Got my first bad review on Etsy today. I knew it would happen eventually, but it's still disappointing 😔 The customer felt like my sticky notes were "overpriced." After manufacturing costs, Etsy fees, etc. I don't make very much off of each sticky note. But I still continue to offer them because they're so much fun to design and they make a lot of people happy. I just wish more people remembered that behind every small business, there's a real person reading these reviews. smallbusiness
