I started my training and today I ran 5 km. I want to run the 10km version at the Cali’s Half Marathon
I’ve done more than 10km before but not after my broken ankle, so it will be a challenge.
This 5km I did in 47 minutes. First 3km at 6.2 and the 2 rest ones at 7.2 and it felt FOOD
How you guys, cheer me up ⬆️
