Although it sounds so fitting for those situations, in context it’s not meant to be a comfort Scripture for those experiencing physical/emotional pain or grief due to a loss, a death, etc.
It’s not the BROKEN heart that non Hebrew speakers think of in terms of a bad breakup, a loss, sadness or grief.
Our language terminology, and meanings sometimes do not translate well or match the orgin of the words used in Scripture.
BROKEN in Psalm 34:18 is DAKAH in Hebrew
