So I’m at the gym and after I finish my bench press some dude comes up to me trying to give me “pointers”. He says I need to train my back more to be able to bench heavier he said my bench press will be weak if my back is soft. Sir. Respectfully I’ve been active for nearly 7 years and weightlfiitng for 5. I’m benching 4 plates of 10lbs bc I’m not trying to injure myself. I know what I’m doing. And your beer belly tells me you probably don’t. I didn’t say that but he pmo fr 😒 gymthreads
