Pat Surtain II winning DPOY makes me irrationally angry that Champ Bailey was NOT the DPOY in 2006. That year Bailey had more interceptions (10) than receptions allowed (4). He lost to Jason Taylor, who had 13.5 sacks. The voting was borderline criminal. NFLThreads
