Everything they told us, was a lie. So rare but two people less than a week apart. Rare but their morbidity rates were four or five times higher than other hospitals. Rare but every possible complication that could have happened did. Rare but preventable if treated correctly. I’ll never forgive them for doing that to my mother and then genuinely bullying & steamrolling my family into ending life supporting care then and there with zero time to gather others or process

幾秒內	Mary Casey gamedevbarbie	This post is not to say I want anything or my family does maybe acknowledgment that she should be here now would be nice & that they allowed cavalier bullies to run departments like fiefdoms without a single care for the lives they were entrusted. Although part of me wants to say sorry or do something for the family that lost their Dad days after we lost my Mum. I should have shouted through the corridors what was happening. Banged on the walls. Held a sign outside the doors. Called the BBC
