Why do people think that if you raise the fee at gov clinics/hospitals even to a thousand ringgit, healthcare workers will see one cent of that increment? The money will line the politicians' and their cronies' pockets as they have always done. They pit us against each other and they get rich. The solution is simple: eat the rich. Enforce politician's retirement age. Hold them accountable. Strengthen anti corruption laws and enforcement.
