Chicago has the weirdest street planning I’ve ever encountered as a driver in a city. Sometimes it’s two-laned, but then cars can park on the street so it turns into one lane too. But everyone mostly uses the left lane even though the right lane is wide open?? But then some people get mad if you use the right lane because it could be “cutting” but it’s not because it’s two-laned?? I don’t understand.
