when folks quote Romans 3:23, I think they miss that “sinned” is past tense… meaning it’s of the old and that sinning shouldn’t be a reoccurrence for believers. Jesus said on two separate occasions in John alone to “sin no more” and that’s John 5:14 and then John 8:11.

Paul states in the first letter to the Roman church, if we need to know how to be saved, we need to read the book of Acts, this is the church that Jesus instilled and what the church is supposed to be today
