Hi I'm reading this book right now that has what I consider an excessive use of commas. [Ex: I was waiting for him to get home, livid. Seething, preparing for the argument, grinding my teeth. He walked in, nonchalant.] It's literally sentence after sentence like that 😵‍💫 What is this called? I think i hate it. I'm thoroughly invested in the plot though so I'm struggling to DNF. Other aspects of the book are fine, imo. Just too many adjectives being emphasized with commas 😭
