Today I had to be honest with myself and drop the weight for my RDLs. I was very proud when I hit 185lbs for 7 reps (using a barbell) but my form wasn't the greatest. My back would even ache for a little while. I decided to drop it to 170lbs, and got 9 reps with nearly perfect form for each one. Proud of myself! Gym Threads
