I can't actually believe I have to write these words - but if you are emailing or messaging an author *please* be kind. Normally, I just bite my tongue about these things, but I've had so many rude or nasty emails and messages lately that I have to say something now. I am human. Every time you email or message me, every time you comment on one of my posts, I am the one who reads it, I am the one who is potentially hurt by your words - and that is true for other all other authors too. 1/2
