I’ve been doing calorie deficit since January and trust me, I have zero knowledge prior. Chatgpt helps me alot LOL and I dun even know if the measurements etc are right la, but the main thing is: no carbs (rice/noodles/cakes), cut sugar (1 cheat drink a week) and I exercise 4 times a week (30mins - 1 hr). But the problem here is, Im too scared to check my weight sebab I ni cepat demoralized 🤣🤣 so i guess I continue je la eh sampai akhir tahun.
