This travel nightmare needs some accountability. • My flight from IAH to SEA got canceled due to an aircraft defect. • Alaska rebooked me on a 5 AM United flight (IAH → LAX → SEA). • That flight ALSO got canceled due to another aircraft defect. Now, I’m stuck in LAX for 10+ hours waiting for another flight at 3 PM, hoping it actually takes off. And after all this chaos? Alaska won’t even let me into their lounge—even when I offered to pay. Unbelievable.
