Week 22 Deload training. CNS faitgue is real lately so doing some lighter weights on Wednesdays now for technique and mobility. Did some low bar squats, then some high bar squats with lighter weight to build up the quads a bit more and lastly some deficiet deadlifts to build some pull strength. #squats #deadlifts #legday #quads #glutes #hamstrings #thighs #thighworkout #powerbuilding #powerlifting #booty #thickfit #thickthighs #fitness #bodybuilding
