Isn’t there any hiring done to cover the tasks left by others? I mean, you need to justify additional headcounts, by all means, if you can. Telan sendiri and all you get is stress. I believe we need to perform well but companies also need to know the adequate headcount to run a department, especially Finance.

6 分鐘內	Amalina Sehabudin emme.amalina	I’ve escalated the issue. For Jr staff, hiring is frozen until at least Q2 to give way to other dept. For HODs, the management always keep it hush2. Since I’m just a manager, I’m not in the loop. All I get from them is.. “Bear with us, Amalina” 🙄 Now I’m stretched too thin. I’m going to the MD to escalate this again. But in the meantime before hiring process kickstarts, I’m still bearing all the burden 🥲
