Intermittently fasting for 7 days now and i didn’t just help myself lose 1.5kg :))
I also am helping my pancreatic hormones:
1. INSULIN to rest and
2. GLUCAGON to start regulating my glycogen stores from my liver,muscle and adipose/fat stores to turn into glucose so I can use it for energy..
ONE WAY to why fasting is actually effective in losing weight. 💖
Buttt when i break my fast (16:8),
I NEED TO MAKE SURE that
I NOURISH my body with healthy food otherwise IF wouldn’t be as effective💪🏻
