I visited Planned Parenthood a few times until I finally had insurance through my PhD program and had to use my university's hospital system. The experience was night vs day. The university refused to give me any birth control, even when I was married, unless it was for extreme medical need. They were judgemental, cold. I was left naked in a room for over an hour waiting for my exam and consult multiple times.
