Do you play? Play is a way to have fun and explore. Playful movement is one form of play. Play has the potential to improve your mood, relieve stress, and it might even help with solving problems and getting better rest. Part of play is getting into a flow state where you are immersed, deep in focus and motivated by the activity. For me play is all about practicing Pilates, making art, using the monkey bars, getting back into lifting kettlebells, and adventuring with my partner. How do you play?
