My lost my left toes and part of my heel when I was a micro preemie due to gangrene. But I wouldn’t be me without my disability, as a child I was ashamed of it because of the looks & remarks, I’d get from the other kids. I also was a Shriners hospital patient from age 2-20. They gave me the utmost care and love. Now as an adult, I want to tell my story.
