I'm 58 and always felt younger than my years despite illnesses. But I feel old in mind and body now and I understand as I live in a street surrounded by people a whole lot older but more mobile and active than I can manage certainly don't feel it. But surely it's up to us how we describe ourselves. I don't get offended if ppl say I'm overweight or old as they are stating facts.
