in these dire times, the gavin newsom podcast with charlie kirk was pretty disappointing. especially regarding his stance on trans people in sports. I think a lot of people have had and will continue to have learning moments about trans people and why they are not the societal problems republicans paint them as. it is my hope we get to witness gavin newsom have his own learning moment and perhaps lead by example. it is very easy to get it wrong, unfortunately, but I hope he will get it right.
