unpopular opinion Yes, you can change your sex with surgery… sex is soft tissue, if you change your soft tissue via surgery, your sex has been changed. Gender is psychological, you are whatever gender you feel or identify yourself to be. Trans people are people that already know what gender they feel they are, they have surgery to change their sex (soft tissue) to match whatever gender they already feel they are. It’s none of your business and no one needs your approval.
