April 1: surgery number two. Since my February biopsy finding was abnormal, I'm not a good candidate for more conservative options: 43% of patients with similar biopsies who have this surgery *already* have malignancy. Two years ago, I had 1mm ovarian endometroid malignancy. Fortunately, most pts "only" need surgery as treatment. And my 70-marker genetic panel result: just one variant of unknown significance.
