-warm up: Single leg back lunge (body weight 15reps x 4sets)
-70kg Barbell Squars (8reps x 5sets)
-Deload: 60kg Barbell RDL (12reps x 4sets)
-Deload: 60kg Barbell Sumo Squats (12reps x 4sets)
-160kg Leg Press (6-8reps x 4sets)
-Leg curls (heavy—15reps x 4sets)
-Leg extensions (heavy—15reps x 4sets)
