One of the things that I learned when I became a mom is to be intentional with how I spend my time and where I give my energy. Time is so precious and it never seems to be enough when you’re a momma. If it’s not going to help me grow or if it will not contribute to my well-being, I ain’t wasting my time on that. 🤷🏻‍♀️
