I had an amazing work week getting to mentor teachers, teach future teachers and help others build their business both officially and also just as a colleague and friend. When doom scrolling makes me want to move away from the US immediately, getting to spend time with my Pilates community centers and grounds me. I seriously doubt a career in telecommunications, my original path, would be serving me in the same way in these times. #pilatesinstructor
