@ashleyjhobbs ru using jpeg, most compatible? too bad u limited the comments on the Apple transferring over to external drive. I would’ve left this info there, but the comments are limited, so not everyone can leave them. Heic doesn’t recognize photos, or videos on phones, so under settings under camera, under formats should say most compatible which is JPEG. It’s often easier to access on texts too if it’s jpeg. Hopefully u have a good internet connection at home too.
