On Jan. 31 I started my own 30 day challenge. 100 pull ups every day for 30 days. Since I could never see my back my co workers took the pictures and cheered me on making sure I did the pull ups every day even when I got sick. Here is the end results. Day 1, 2 weeks in and the finale. It was a good challenge 😃😃
