Did you read the tag on the clothes? Some can't go in the tumble dryer

I don't recommend dryers for uniqlo clothes. Spin then air dry them. For the bleached areas, uniqlo shirts are pretty sensitive like that. Since you use a topload, dissolve everything in water first before putting in your load. Separate or turn inside out clothing w zippers/hooks/buttons or try to cover them. Try and remember if it only happens with a heavy loads or even with light loads. You can also take apart the washer & dryer to check the inside. Ask a knowledgeable friend if you want.

Are you using the detergent with perfume type/ softeners? The chemicals would reduce the elasticity and further damage the clothes. Using dryer afterwards would speed up the deterioration

Maybe the spin of the machine may be too intense and make sure the temperature is not high but around 30
