Today I donated my father’s memorabilia from World War II to the World War II American Experience Museum in Gettysburg. The family dog, Puddy, was made a “War Dog” thanks to Aunt Eva, Dad’s sister. We also donated patches that Dad collected and some of his medals and dog tags. After all these years I’m happy to have people see the display and learn about “Dogs for Defense”.
