Actually, from someone who has been severely depressed and came out of it, don’t do anything uninspired. Do what you feel like in that moment, and if it’s sitting there doing nothing then so be it. Suffering and depression is a human construct you are putting yourself through currently to truly feel and experience life in full. The fastest way to “get out of it” is to connect with the Present moment and allow everything to flow through and out of you.
