I’ve said something similar. He’s the type that’s so weird and awkward from having hateful and f’ed up parents and family that he’s the type that has to pay for interactions. He’ll buy whatever he thinks they’ll like to keep them around. The same way he tries to come off smarter than he is. You’d think he’s a genius until you listen to him speak and it confirms that he’s an idiot that paid enough people to do all of his work for him. He knows he can buy the ‘right’ people for the right price.
