also,to add take care of your oral health. Brushing is indeed not enough,I have oral hygiene routine it’s just hindi ako naging consistent plus I used to smoke and drink coffee a lot. So,not visiting my dentist for the past 3 years and with my lifestyle it took a toll sa condition ng teeth ko. Sadly,yung molars ko pinakanaapektuhan and needs restoration. 🥹
