I've decided to switch careers from being a law clerk to working in HR field. I'm currently studying Business in HR Management. My current job doesn't offer much room for career growth, so I'm eager to learn something new and move forward but honestly I'm also abit scared of starting over. It feels like a bit step. Has anyone else made a similar career change? Any advice or tips on how to manage the fear of starting fresh would be much appreciated!
