Reduce/Cut Sugar Intake.

I was overweight previously. I did intermit fasting, brisk walk with husb nearly everyday after work, cut sugar and carbs. I managed to lose around 5% body weight in 6 months. I nearly gave up, but had a good support system accompanied me in doing all the above so iwont feel bored and alone. Alhamdulillah got pregnant after that when i was least expecting.
